Md. Nazmul Karim opens a 400 sq-ft shopfront in the Nawabpur Complex — mostly reselling blind rivets and small furniture fittings imported through a Chittagong agent. Two employees. One brand of every SKU.

C2 opens at Amtoli, Mohakhali — a retail-facing storefront serving architects, interior firms, and small contractors from the Gulshan/Banani area who don't want to drive to Old Dhaka. Same catalog, different customer.

We import 42 containers a year across six product categories. Our regular trade buyers include hardware retailers across Bangladesh, furniture manufacturers in Savar and Ashulia, construction contractors, interior design firms, and architects specifying for commercial projects.
Every LT-LIA-branded product goes through our own factory audit in Guangzhou, sample QC in Dhaka, and shelf-cycle counting weekly. If a batch has a defect rate above 1%, we absorb the loss — customers get replacements, no arguments.
On LT-LIA Deluxe: 2-year written guarantee, honoured at either showroom. On the LT-34 floor closer: 1-year replacement, no questions. As long as the product wasn't tampered with, bring it back with the invoice and we swap it. Warranty terms in Bangla on the back of every carton.
