LT-LIA isn't a trader who resells other brands. We design our own hardware in Thailand, contract-manufacture it in Guangzhou to our exact spec, and ship containers direct to Chittagong. The LT-LIA hexagon on the carton is our own mark.
Our Guangzhou staff visits each factory. Sample cases sent back to Dhaka for physical inspection before we place a bulk PO. If a batch fails QC, the order is cancelled — no exceptions.
Rather than one factory per container, we consolidate 20–30 supplier lots into one shipment at our own bonded warehouse. This unlocks LCL rates, cuts our per-SKU cost, and keeps our SKU count above 3,000.
42 containers a year land at Chittagong Port. Our clearing agent has cleared for us since 2014 — average dwell time under 4 days. Duties paid, LC settled, container railed to our Tejgaon depot.
From the depot, product is racked at our Nawabpur wholesale showroom (C1) and Banani retail showroom (C2). Bar-coded, cycle-counted weekly, tied to our POS. So we can tell you in real time exactly how many BR-425-BR are on the shelf.
